A reading and celebration of poet and visual artist Truong Tran’s BOOK OF THE OTHER (Kaya Press), featuring appearances by Mai C. Doan, Dan Lau, Muriel Leung, Amber McCray, London Pinkney, Mimi Tempestt, and Carlos Quinteros III. The evening honors Tran’s tremendous impact as a teacher and artist and will conclude with a special reading from his latest collection.
