Thad Rutkowski will be one of the performers at our fundraiser in NYC on June 11. Novelist and poet published by yours truly (ROUGHHOUSE), we’re looking forward to hearing his work again at our event! We asked him what he thought about Kaya, and he reflected on how far we’ve come–from NY to LA:

In the 1990s, Kaya was a small publisher with a small office on lower Broadway in Manhattan. It threw book parties at a restaurant in SoHo. Now, 20 years later, Kaya is a smoking tiger with an office in L.A. It throws book parties, wins awards, dominates conferences, travels the world, and brings people together. Who’s responsible? Still, amazingly, Sunyoung Lee and her dedicated staff.”

And we’re heading back NYC this week, so don’t miss us! Buy tickets today: https://kaya.splashthat.com/
